Does this same line of logic apply to my 2012 ford e450 chassis with a v10 motor and a 23 foot box? Thank you in advance !

Hey there Jeff; a rear anti-sway bar is definitely the best upgrade for your motorhome because because it acts as a brace between the frame of your motorhome, and is constructed with higher-strength, thicker steel than OEM sway bars. This gives it much higher roll stiffness to combat sway - the higher the roll stiffness the better sway control. The correct anti-sway bar for your 2012 Ford E450 motorhome is from Hellwig:
