Question:

I bought the air lift kit 57541 and started to installing it. I got the left side in and started to bolt in place the upper mount doesn’t seam to fit correctly. I also noticed that I can’t up the upper bolt in place because of 5th wheel plate on out side frame rail is in the way. Is there a different mount for this. The hitch is curt pn 19419346

The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57541 does take up the same space as the Curt 19419346 5th wheel bracket kit for your 2024 GMC Sierra 3500.

The only way to remedy this is to use the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2709 instead. This kit has the same 7,500 lb rating that your Air Lift kit has, but the mounting brackets are designed to work with 5th wheel and gooseneck mounting systems.

I know it's not what you want to hear, but if you were to modify anything to make the Air Lift kit fit then you run the risk of either the 5th wheel or air bag brackets malfunctioning.
