As far as gooseneck hitches go, the Curt Underbed Gooseneck Hitch part # C60614 is an easier install. If you have access to basic tools and have a decent mechanical inclination you wouldn't have a problem installing this hitch.
Check out the installation instructions I attached that detail the installation to get an idea on what the installation will be like for you.

Would you please send me the instructions for the Curt gooseneck attachment for a 2018 ram 2500. I prefer the one with the double locking pins from the bottom thank you
