Are You Able to Route The 4-Way Wiring Out Of a 2024 Mazda CX-90 Besides Out The Rear Door Hatch?

Can this wiring harness be installed to go under the vehicle instead of out the rear door?

While I cannot see all the access points or grommets on the back of your 2024 Mazda CX-90 you should be able to find one the 4-way # C24ZV would be able to leave the inside of the cab. You may end up needing an Extension # HM48235. If you are having trouble locating an opening be sure to check the tail light wiring above the connector. This would require you to likely have to remove additional components to get the wiring out around the tail lights and down through the rear fascia.
