As I see you were looking at the Firestone # F2251 air bags for your I am assuming that is the kit you are looking for mounts for. Here is a list of the mounts but do understand these do not come with hardware.

Often times it saves you more just to get the entire kit than trying to piece all the parts together. Also the only way to keep the lifetime warranty on the air springs themselves is with an entire kit. Once you move the springs to a new vehicle they no longer carry the warranty.
