I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12048 for your 2020 Mitsubishi RVR. This has the 1-1/4" square tube receiver you are looking for and will bolt on with no drilling required.
You will want to install the 4-Way # C59236 when you install the receiver as your bike rack may require some Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if your bikes impair the view of your tail lights.
