Hello. What is the best PSI to maintain tread wear with this combo on a fifth wheel at 16,400 lb?

Hi Don; good question and the best psi depends on the tire as opposed to the trailer weight. For the best performance that allows the tire to wear slower and more evenly you always want to inflate them to the maximum cold psi.
For example, for the Provider ST235/85R16 Radial Tire # TA76FR you will want to inflate them to 110 psi.
