If you know the lock core number on your current Locking TracKnobs for Thule TracRac G2 or SR Sliding Ladder Rack # TH25700 then yes, I can help you find a replacement if you let me know what your core number is.
If you're wanting to order the TracKnobs and the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 at the same time and have them keyed alike then we unfortunately don't have a way to ship them out keyed alike.

Thank you, Jon. I want to make sure I asked the question correctly. I'm not looking for a replacement cylinder. I want to order additional Thule "One Key System" cylinders for other Thule products that match my existing Locking TracKnobs. This is related to the other question you answered for me about the custom cross bars for my TracRac SR rails. It would be an advantage to go with all Thule products so I can have everything keyed like my Locking TracKnobs. The key and cylinder of my Locking TracKnobs are both numbered 021. Is that the number you would need to order additional cylinders?
