Will Rhino-Rack Ski and Fishing Rod Carrier Mount to Factory Crossbar With 1" Gap to Roof?

Question:
Will the RR572 fit on the factory installed crossbars of a 2019 Toyota 4-Runner? Their profile is very low 1inch from bottom of the cross bar to the car roof.

You are going to be able to use the Rhino-Rack Ski and Fishing Rod Carrier # RR572 on your 2019 Toyota 4-Runner with your factory roof rails. The mounting bracket which sits below the crossbar is only about 1/2" thick.
