The Curt Class I Hitch for the 2012 Nissan Leaf, part C11309, is not a fit for the 2013 model year but Curt offers their # C11396 Class I hitch that is a confirmed fit on your Leaf. This hitch installs using included hardware as shown in the linked installation video.
If you need a wiring harness you can use Curt # C56227. Always check your owner's manual before towing any trailer with your vehicle.
