Can a 2020 ram 2500 short bed tow a Cougar 29rks with a Reese Goosebox 16k and a BandW turnover underbed gooseneck ball installed?

Yes Kevin, you are going to be able to tow your Keystone Cougar 29RKS which has a Reese Goose Box # RP94716 behind your 2020 Ram 2500. Since you have the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1320 I do recommend also getting their Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085 to gain some additional clearance since you have a short bed truck. This will place the ball back 4" to gain you some additional turning clearance since you are unable to make full jack knife turns with having the short bed.
