I'm thinking you are wanting to know if the tail lights on 2022 Lexus NX350H are a 2-wire or 3-wire as I see you were looking at the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236. Your Lexus is going to have a 3-wire setup as the turn signals are separate from your brake lights.
