I recommend using 2 of the Prest-O-Fit Wraparound Exterior RV Step Rugs # PR95FR on your 2022 Holiday Rambler Nautica 35MS. These step rugs will fit your 23" x 11" step and can stay in place when the steps are retracted. The Safety Step Cover # SASSA10-00 you found were designed for use on pull out steps and not the retractable steps like you have on your motorhome.
