What Typically Causes Phoenix RV Bath Tub Faucet to Leak

I HAVE A PHOENIX BATHTUB faucet and i cant get it to stop dripping. I have replace the end washers. is there a that can be replaced and if so how do you replacde it. Could you send me a brakedown of this faucet, I think it is a 603 regards

While I wasn't able to identify a 603 Phoenix faucet what you described does sound like a bad cartridge causing the leak. I attached a link to a page that has all of the Phoenix cartridges we offer for you to check out.
