Question:
I have park assist sensors in the rear bumper and would the hitch mount bike carrier interfere with the sensor activity?

It is likely that anything mounted in Curt trailer hitch # C13093 would set off the park assist sensors on your 2012 Chrysler 300S. However, if your vehicle is anything like mine (I have a backup camera and alert system) it would only be an issue when you are backing up.
It is possible that a bike rack alone would not trip the sensors. But with bikes loaded it is almost certain that they will.
You may be able to adjust the angle of the sensors to make them less likely to sense the bikes when loaded but you will want to check the vehicle owners manual or with Chrysler first.
