We do not - the closest we carry to what you're looking for would be the Top Rail Trim for Enclosed Trailer # 36278-955 which is 2 1/2" tall and has a 1" lip.
Since you're looking for something pretty specific I'd recommend reaching out to a fabrication shop and have them cut you a special piece.
