-Roadmaster E ven Brake runs constantly when plugged into 12volt receptacle during set up and initial testing yellow and red lights are on no response from console buttons, what could be the problem?

It sounds like you may have a leaking Air Cylinder # RM-452109-10 on your Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400. Since this braking system has a lifetime warranty you should contact Roadmaster to verify the proper steps to take to ensure you do not void the warranty and verify if the component can be replaced under warranty.
