Will the in bed tool box fully open with this bed cover??

The RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT80502 is going to sit at the same height as the top of your Ridgeline's bed rails so you'll want to see if the toolbox lid exceeds past the bed rails. If you're talking about the larger toolbox built into the bed then you would need to open the cover in order to open the lid of the toolbox.
