Hello I have a 2023 Frontier Pro4X that does not have the trailer plugs. Id like to install a 4way and a 7way plug for use with a Redarc Tow Pro elite and Id like to ensure I am ordering everything I need. To install the Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED44FR in your 2023 Nissan Frontier you need the install harness part # RED39FR with the 7-way kit part # 118266 to provide the 7-way. There isn't a plug and play way to have both with a simple plug and play option instead of the 7-way kit I mentioned but we can still help. You'd want to replace the 7-way of this kit with the part # HM40950 and you'd be set. This would plug right into the harness of the 7-way kit and would give you a 4-way and 7-way combined on the same connector.
