I have a2019 high country...will it tow a 2019 Jayco Eagle H/T and if so what fifth wheel is recommended

Since the High Country is only a trim for your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 you are going to need to verify your exact towing capacity with your local dealer or by checking your owners manual with determining exactly what cab and bed configuration as well as drive and if you have their max tow package.
Since some of the 2019 Jayco Eagle HT 5th wheels weigh less than 7,500lbs it is likely you may be able to tow one depending on your capabilities and the model of 5th wheel you select.
The Rail Kit # DM8552034-71 will fit either the 5-3/4' or 6-1/2' bed options as those are the most common beds found. This will work with the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550040. This is the best option as it will automatically slide back up to 22-1/2" as you turn to prevent any contact with the cab or your truck and the front corners of your 5th wheel.
If you can provide me with any more information about your Silverado and the camper I can better determine if there are any better options or if you will need to look for a different truck.
