The 24x48-3/4 Carpod Walled, Folding Cargo Carrier # M2205-2201 requires just a 2" trailer hitch receiver opening in order to mount it. This carrier weighs 74lbs and has a 450lb carrying capacity. If your 2021 Tesla Model Y doesn't already have a 2" trailer hitch then I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT58MR.
