I just want to make sure this is the correct hitch for my 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid if I want to put a Thule or Yakima cargo carrier on the back. Thank you!

Yes, it is! The etrailer Hitch item # e38KR is confirmed to fit the 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. It is custom fit and bolts to your Tucson with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver so it will work with most cargo carriers on the market including those from Thule and Yakima.
