I have a 1994 Safari Trek with a P 32 chassis, considering installing a Timbren Helper Springs #TUF100 kit.My question is drilling required?

The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TUF100 you referenced is not a confirmed fit for your 1994 Safari Trek on a P32 Chassis. You would need the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TGMFP30W instead, which would be a direct replacement for the front bump stop and would not require drilling. If you want to install a rear axle kit as well you would need part # TGMRP30.
