The Replacement Hardware Kit for Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-3905PK mounts the # 57-3905 which is designed to fit the 2017-2022 Ford F-250/350. The HDX is not designed to fit the 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 so there are no mounting kits available. The only option for a grille guard would be to use the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-1205. If this is what you're trying to mount on your truck you need the Replacement Hardware Kit # 40-120PK.
