Yes! The Yakima MajorShady 270 Awning # Y72AV can definitely fit the Yakima OverHaul HD ladder rack on your truck.
This awning installs via crossbar T-Slots and the OverHaul HD crossbars have the same dimensions as standard crossbars for the T-Slots so fitment won't be a problem at all.
