i have a retrax pro xr for a 2020 ram 3500 long bed I now have a 2024 ram 2500 short bed can i buy short bed rails and put it on my new truck

Your RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-80232 would be compatible with the Replacement Side Rails for Retrax XR Series Hard Tonneau Covers # RTX59FR, which is designed for a 6-1/2' bed. That being said, this hasn't been confirmed for the 2024 models yet, but is for the 2023 models and I can't find any changes between the two year models that would prevent fitment.
