I recommend installing the Konig Easy Fit Tire Chains # TH04115250 on your 2024 Toyota RAV4. I find these are some of the easiest chains to install when you get caught out in the snow. The built in tensioners make it much easier to tighten the chains wearing gloves so you do not have to worry about damaging your gloves or having to remove them in the cold weather.
