How do i know if the 18 or 20 frames would be a better fit?

The Montague Paratrooper Pro Folding Bike # PROBLK18 with the 18" frame is going to be better suited for a shorter rider whereas the Montague Paratrooper Pro Folding Bike # PROBLK20 with the 20" frame would be better suited for a larger rider.
The recommended rider height for the 18" frame is anywhere from 5'3" to 5'10", and the recommended rider height for the 20" frame is 5'11" to 6'4". They both have the same 250 lb weight capacity so you'd just pick the one that's closest to your height.
