Will the Curt Trailer Connector # C57101 fit the Factory Harness of a 2012 F350

Question:
My f350 2012 ford plug, its connecter comes together at about 11:00 on the clock 1Therefore, my question is can I move the connection so as to match my OME plug ???

Unless someone changed the wiring of the factory 7-way on your 2012 Ford F350 then it should be wired like the picture I attached.
I think you might be referring to the release tab on the factory harness for your 7-way. Which if you check out the picture I attached you will see the back of the Curt Trailer Connector part # C57101 and you will see that the release tab attachment point is in the 1:00 position from the view of the picture, but if you were installing it in your harness it would match up to the 11:00 position.
