You're going to need a heavy duty solution like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16. This style of hitch can be bolted or welded on and it more of a universal fit, so the crosstube can be trimmed if need be.

We actually had a customer install this exact hitch on their Semi-Tractor and I'm attaching the photo they sent in so you can see and compare this to what you have.

Something else to think about is the wiring connection for your trailer. Semis use a different plug so you'll need the Draw-Tite 7-Way Pre-Wired Car Connector # 20023 to match your trailer plug, and then the Roadmaster Brite-Lite Wiring Converter # RM-732 if your Semi has the brake signal separated out from the turn signals. Standard trailer wiring has thee functions combined which is why the converter will be needed.
