Yes, it will unless you have the Quadrifoglio model. The Curt Trailer Hitch iitem # C13391 is confirmed to fit the 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your vehicle with included hardware.
The Curt item # C13391 is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity and a 600 lbs maximum tongue weight. I have linked an installation video below to help you get it set up.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118777 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
