Will The Rhino-Rack Universal Backbone System Work On An ARE MX Truck Cap

good morning. I have 72inch Yakima tracks that were previously installed on an 8 foot ARE MX Cap. I want to install a 72inch x 56inch Pioneer platform on the cap. Does Rhino Rack Backbone Universal work with ARE MX caps? If it does should I order the short or long backbone? Thank-you.

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Universal Modular Backbone Mounting System will work with your ARE MX truck cap. Since you plan to use the 72" x 56" platform, you will want to go with the long backbone. We actually sell all of this as a complete kit with part # RR73ZW. This includes both the 72" long x 56" wide platform and the universal backbone mounting system for your truck cap.
