We do have some roof rack options that fit the Crew Cab (or Quad Cab) on your 2005 Dodge Dakota, but they will be universal styles that requires some modification to your roof.
I recommend the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack # Y02-490B which includes some tracks you drill into your roof. This gives you some adjustability when it comes to the spacing between the crossbars to accommodate varying load sizes. The legs that come with this kit are also easily removed (once unlocked) so you can get a clean look to your roof when you aren't using the rack.
