Troubleshooting New Stereo Remote that Doesn't Work

Question:
Hello, I just received the new remote from you and it is still not working? I tried to reset the receiver and still nothing? Any other things to check? Thanks

Did you pull the battery out of the remote and remove the plastic film that prevents it from making contact and allowing it to power itself on? That's normally what the problem is.
