Question:
I bought an e-bike rack a few years ago HD-1500-A4892. I lost the piece that goes through the rack and hitch that secures it to the truck. Can you help me with finding the replacement piece? I’d greatly appreciate it.

It sounds like you are needing a replacement hitch pin for your bike rack. I was not able to reference the exact part number HD-1500-A4892 you provided. We do carry the Hollywood Rack HR-1500 series racks, which was the most similar part number I could find. We would like you to confirm the make and model of your bike rack prior to ordering a hitch pin. If you do have a Hollywood Rack, you can use the hitch pin # HRLHPT for a replacement. This comes with a locking hitch pin and two keys.
If you happen to have a different model of bike rack feel free to send me that info and I am happy to make a recommendation.
