Classic Accessories cover # CA80042 that you have referenced fits 16 to 18 foot long pups. The height is 42 inches and the width is 88 inches. The cover is meant to cover the body of the camper and not necessarily the tires. This cover should fit with a AC unit on top as long as the length and width measurements fit what the cover is designed for.
If you wanted to go up a size it would be # CA80043 for 18 to 20 foot long campers. However you will probably find that this size cover is too large for your pup.
