Replacement Straps For a Thule 4-Bike Hitch Rack Carrier One Piece Cradle/Strap

Question:

I am looking for a replacement cradle/strap for a Thule hitch hanging 4 bike rack. I have not found an exact replacement as my strap and cradle are all one piece and it appears that they are now 2 pieces, do you have a recommendation for a replacement? Unfortunately I do not see any identifying item name or number for my bike rack, the only thing on the rack is the Thule logo.

It sounds like you may have a hitch rack which uses the HideAway Cradle Ratchet Straps # TH536. While these may look like the entire assembly is one piece the straps are removable. If these are not the type of straps your rack uses please send us some images of your entire rack along with images of the cradles so we can try and determine if there are replacement parts available or if your rack is obsolete.
