What is the difference between this replacement step and the actual step kit you guys have on your site?

The Replacement Kit # LC3756272 you're looking at only comes with the step, motor, and switch, while the 36 Series Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly # LC3756271 comes with those same parts plus the door magnet so the step knows when to extend and retract in relation to your door being open or closed.
