Hi I have a 2023 Toyota Tacoma with a factory roof rack and an after market ladder rack which has a 4inch wide cross bar. Do you have a recommendation for a Kayak rack that would fit this width?

Since the load bars of your ladder rack should have channels that run along the tops of them the best option will be a roof kayak carrier that is designed to fit into those channels for attachment like the LockRack XL part # LR54FR.
4 inches is wider than what any of the racks we offer that fit around bars can fit.
