The Derale 26" Dual High-Output, Electric Radiator Fan-and-Shroud Assembly # D16927 is going to be the closest option we have to your radiator size. These aren't a custom fit design so it will not completely fit the radiator and you might have to do a bit of fabrication yourself to properly mount it. I've attached a dimensional drawing below to give you a better idea of how much space this will take up so that you can confirm if you have enough room for it.
