The best way to carry 2 bikes on a 2023 Jeep Wrangler is with the Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier # HRSR1. It mounts to the spare tire and is very easy to install, use, and remove. Keep in mind, if you have a spare tire mounted back-up camera then it will be blocked when bikes are installed on the rack.
If you don't have a spare tire on the back of your Jeep then you'll instead need a hitch-mounted bike rack. For the hitch-mount option, you'll first need a trailer hitch receiver such as Draw-Tite # DT78MR. Then you can use a 2" hitch-mounted bike rack, and for that I recommend the affordable Hollywood Racks Destination # HLY94FR. It's very easy to use and lightweight, and also folds up when not in use. I attached a few demonstration videos for you.
