For a rear loading kayak carrier to go with the Adarac ladder rack, I recommend the Malone SeaWing # MPG113MD. This is a rear loading saddle style carrier. The crossbar clamps are made to be universal, and will be compatible with the square crossbars on the Adarac aluminum ladder rack. The crossbar clamps are easy to install. I also like this carrier because it has a built in load assist near the rear, which will help guide the kayak in to place when you are loading. This will make your life a lot easier especially since you will be loading above shoulder height. It will include all of your straps and tie downs as well.
