Sounds like you are asking if the B and W ball part # BWGNXA2061 would fit in a Turnoverball gooseneck hitch instead of an OEM hitch. The answer to that is no. This ball only fits the OEM style pop-in ball setups.
For a replacement ball for a Turnoverball style hitch you'd want the part # BWGNXA2000.
