My slide is only 10 inches tall and 12 wide

The Replacement Slide for Elixir RV Screen Doors - 10-3/4" Wide x 12-1/8" Tall # A77015 can be trimmed down to fit your current track. To keep it centered properly I recommend trimming 1/16" from the top and bottom to get it down to 12" and the 3/4" cant just be trimmed from the flat side to get the width to 10".
