Will a Thule Hull-a-Port 8389700001 kayak rack fit on a 2018 Toyota Highlanders factory roof rack?

I wasn;t able to find anything matching that part number, but what I can say is only the Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs # TH834 will work with factory crossbars.
This is a J-Style carrier that can hold up to 1 kayak that is 36" wide,\ and weighs up to 75 lbs.
