I have a 2019 mazda cx-5, having factory rail. I got Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Silver - 53 Long - Qty 2 - TH711400 and Thule 460R Rapid Podium I think I need to find thule 183160 for mazda cx5 but couldnt. Any 183160 alternative I can use?

I do have a potential solution for you, but we do not carry the Thule 183160 fit kit, nor do we have an alternative. Unfortunately we do not offer any Thule roof racks for the factory flush rails on your 2019 Mazda CX-5 with factory rails.
We do carry other roof racks you can put on your 2019 Mazda CX-5 with factory flush rails. If you are in need I recommend the Yakima Jetstream bar setup. This will be very similar to the Thule Wingbars. The full roof rack consists of the following parts;
