I need to find replacement male buckles for my quad fold hard Tonneau cover. Just want to make sure I’m buying the right parts.

Based on your images it appears you have a BAKFlip Tonneau Cover. This will use the Buckle and Strap Conversion Kit # PARTS-356A0009. The Replacement Tie-Down # EX1024 you found is for Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Hard Tonneau Covers which are only 3 panels.
