The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HLY74FR is only rated for class II or above receivers. With your 2019 Chevrolet Spark having a class I Receiver # C11433 you will need a bike rack like the Saris SuperClamp EX Bike Rack # SA4025F. This has a unique dual wheel clamp which allows you to still use the rack on bikes with fenders. It is rated for 2 bikes up to 60lbs each and can be used when flat towing as well.
