Yes, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH89VR will fit your 2021 BMW X5 45e PHEV with the M-Sport package. This is only intended for hitch-mounted accessories, so if you plan on towing you will want the # SH25VR instead. The towing kit can also be added later using # SH58VR
