Will this cover work with Chevy factory installed plastic bed rail covers?

Yes it will; the bed rail covers on your 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed will not be an issue installing the TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX572601.
Reason why is the # TX572601 installs inside the bed rails so there won't be any interference.
